My name is Sarah Spallino and I’ve been a hairstylist/cosmetology instructor for 25+ years . I am licensed in both Arizona and Texas. I was the lead stylist and in-house salon  educator for MBEAUTIQUE in Glendale, Arizona and I’m currently a freelance hairstylist at Phenix Salon Suites.
